Invoices that get themselves paid.
Send a GST-correct invoice with a UPI QR already on it. Watch your client open it. Let Collections Autopilot do the chasing — so the follow-up you keep putting off happens without you.

The life of one invoice,
from send to settled
Four things happen after you hit send. Most tools only help with the first one.
Send it where they'll actually see it
A share link, an email, or a WhatsApp message with the invoice already attached to the conversation your client is in. They open it in a browser — no PDF buried in a thread, no account to create.
- Share links are 24-hex tokens, never row ids
- Works logged-out, on any phone
- Your branding, your accent colour, your GSTIN
wa.me with the link ready to send

24-hex token — no login for your client
They pay in two taps
Every invoice carries a UPI QR and deep link. Any UPI app opens it with your VPA, the amount, and the invoice number already filled in. The money moves bank-to-bank — no gateway sits in the middle taking a percentage.
- GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM — all of them
- A payment claim never flips the status: you confirm it
- Confirming writes the ledger row and emails the receipt

You stop guessing what happened
Most invoicing tools go dark the moment you hit send. InvoiceFlow records every touch — opened, re-opened, commented on, disputed, claimed — and shows it as one timeline you can reply to.
- See the exact moment it was opened
- Clients can ask a question without leaving the invoice
- Reply in the same thread they're reading

Autopilot does the chasing
The awkward follow-up is the part everyone skips. Turn Autopilot on and the reminder for each open invoice goes out on schedule, escalating in tone as it ages — and stops the moment the invoice is paid.
- One step per invoice per stage — never a pile-on
- Only counts a step when the email provider accepted the message
- Overdue flips itself; recurring invoices generate themselves
Friendly
3 days before due
“A friendly heads-up that INV-2026-042 is due soon.”
Gentle
Day 1 overdue
“Just checking in — it fell due recently.”
Firm
Day 7 overdue
“This is now past due. Could you confirm a date?”
Final
Day 14 overdue
“Despite earlier reminders, this remains unpaid.”
Most invoicing tools stop at “Send”
That's the easy half. The money problem lives in everything that happens afterwards.
A typical invoice maker
Makes a document. Then waits.
Getting paid
A card gateway skims 2–3% off every rupee you earn.
GST
A tax-rate box you have to get right yourself, every time.
After you hit send
Silence. You find out it was ignored when the due date passes.
Chasing
A reminder you write yourself, once you're annoyed enough.
Quotations
A PDF, then a phone call, then re-typing it all as an invoice.
Your data
An export button, if you can find it.
InvoiceFlow
Makes a document that goes and collects.
Getting paid
A UPI QR that pays your bank account directly. No gateway in the middle.
GST
Place of supply picks CGST + SGST or IGST. GSTIN is checksum-validated twice.
After you hit send
Opened, re-opened, questioned, disputed — one timeline you can reply in.
Chasing
Scheduled escalation from friendly to final that stops the moment it's paid.
Quotations
The client clicks Accept and the invoice exists a second later, priced exactly.
Your data
Full workspace JSON plus CSVs, owner-controlled, whenever you want it.
Your invoices already know things. Nobody was reading them.
None of this asks you to fill in anything extra. It's derived from the invoices, payments and opens already sitting in your workspace — the data every invoicing tool collects and then throws away.
Runs on your own history. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
The invoice that keeps getting opened
An invoice opened again and again and still unpaid is not sitting unread in an inbox. You get told which invoice, and how many times it was opened — the reason is a conversation worth having, not a guess worth printing.
Northwind opened INV-2026-042 three times · still unpaid
The mistake caught before the client sees it
Totals are checked against what you normally bill this client, and against invoices you already sent them recently — so the wrong figure and the accidental duplicate both get stopped at the draft.
240% above this client's usual invoice. Intentional?
Cash you can actually plan around
Every settled invoice teaches the app how a client pays. Due dates get shifted by that client's real behaviour, and the next 30 days of cash is built from the shifted dates — not from wishful ones.
Meridian pays ~12 days late · ₹1.4L expected this month
Why you lose the quotes you lose
Accepts and declines are both recorded, along with the reason the client typed. Win rate, value won against value lost, and how long people take to decide — with the decline notes in their own words.
Win rate 68% · avg 4 days to decide
Everything the Indian invoicing day actually needs
Not a feature list padded for a comparison table — the parts you touch on a Tuesday.
GST that holds up when it's checked
Place-of-supply logic decides CGST + SGST or IGST for you. GSTIN is checksum-validated on the client and again on the server, HSN codes are length-checked, and a tax-inclusive catalogue price is split back into taxable base and tax at line level — so the arithmetic on the invoice reconciles.
Ship to Karnataka instead and the same invoice becomes IGST @ 18% — decided by the place of supply, not by a dropdown you have to remember.
Recurring billing
Mark any invoice “repeat monthly”. The scheduler generates the next one, numbers it in sequence, emails it, and advances the profile — retainers bill themselves.

Quotes that convert themselves
Send a quotation as a link. When the client hits Accept, the server converts it into an invoice at exactly the quoted price and hands them a pay link on the spot. Declines capture the reason.
A portal per client
One permanent link showing every invoice they have with you, what's outstanding, what's overdue, and a QR to settle the whole balance. No login for them to forget.
Credit notes, done properly
Issue a credit note against an invoice with a reason, capped so you can never over-credit. It nets off the balance everywhere — your view, the client's, and the portal.
Reports that answer money questions
Your cash position, receivables ageing, where the balance is concentrated, and expected collection windows built from how each client has actually paid you before — plus a tax workpaper for your accountant.
Catalogue, stock and a real team
Products with images, HSN codes and stock that decrements when you invoice. CSV import for customers and products. Roles enforced on the server — not hidden buttons — with email-bound invites.
Priced in rupees, for Indian businesses
What we intend to charge when plans go live. Nothing is billed today.
Plans are not live yet
There is no billing or subscription system in InvoiceFlow today. Creating a workspace is free, gives you the whole product, and charges nothing — these prices are what we expect to charge later, published early so there are no surprises.
